Orlando-area neighborhoods known for Christmas lights
These are the Orlando-area neighborhoods that local guides kept recommending for free, drive-by Christmas lights in the 2025 season. They're private homes, not organized events, so nothing here is guaranteed for 2026. As of October 24, 2026, none of the guides we cite had posted a 2026 list, and we'll update this page when they do.
| Neighborhood | Where | What 2025 guides reported |
|---|---|---|
| Lake Conway Woods | Belle Isle / Conway, near the airport | Lights start at the entrance on Lake Conway Woods Boulevard and continue on nearly every street. One house on Summerwood Avenue syncs its show to 91.3 FM.[1] |
| Windsor Hill Reserve (Castle Way Drive) | Windermere | Several neighbors on one street decorate together, so you can see a lot from the car. Reported from Thanksgiving to early January. The owners ask visitors to stay on the sidewalk.[1] |
| Windermere Downs | Windermere | Listed on a parent-run 2025 map as having "lots of homes with light displays" to cruise past.[2] |
| Baldwin Park | Orlando | Many decorated homes. One display on New Broad Street took donations for local schools and nonprofits in 2025.[1] |
| Blue Jacket Place and Winter Park Pines | Winter Park | Elf'n Edwards Winter Wonderland has a walkway visitors can stroll and a LEGO winter village in the window. The same guide suggests driving through Winter Park Pines and Baldwin Park nearby.[3] |
| Celebration Avenue | Celebration | Homes along Celebration Avenue decorate from Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve. The old synchronized Jeater Bend show stopped in 2023, though many of those homes still decorate.[1] |
| Alafaya Woods and Lake Claire Circle | Oviedo | Several decorated homes, including a light show on Brielle Avenue. A house on Oak Street plays its music on 90.1 FM.[1] |
| East Park (Lake Nona Lights) | Lake Nona, Orlando | One home with 25,000+ lights set to music. In 2025 it ran Thanksgiving evening to December 31, 6–10 PM Sunday–Thursday and 6–11 PM Friday–Saturday.[3] |
| Deer Run, off Red Bug Lake Road | Casselberry | Fye's Crazy Christmas House has 60,000+ lights, a music show, a nativity scene and a sleigh for photos. It usually opens the weekend after Thanksgiving.[3] |
Grouping stops into one evening
West side: Windsor Hill Reserve and Windermere Downs are both in Windermere, so they fit in one trip. Celebration is further south and easier to pair with a Kissimmee or Disney-area outing. Central: Lake Conway Woods, Baldwin Park and the Winter Park streets are all close to the middle of the city, and one guide pairs Winter Park Pines with Baldwin Park. East: Oviedo's Alafaya Woods and Casselberry's Deer Run are both on the northeast side, while Lake Nona's East Park is in southeast Orlando.
Several of these homes run music shows you hear on your car radio, so bring a car with an FM radio. The station numbers in the table are from 2025 and can change from year to year.
How to visit without bothering the neighbors
- Stay on the sidewalk or in your car. The Castle Way Drive homeowners specifically ask visitors not to walk onto the property.[1]
- Park safely and don't block driveways or stop signs. Parking in front of Lake Nona Lights is described as extremely limited, so plan to park a short walk away.[1][2]
- Keep noise down, as local map editors ask.[2] If you stop to watch a show, dim your headlights so they aren't pointed at the house.
- Remember these are quiet residential streets. A weeknight visit is easier on the people who live there.
Why we list streets, not house numbers
Some of the guides we cite publish full home addresses. We don't repeat them here. These are people's homes, and each owner chose where to share their address. Follow the source link next to a neighborhood if you want the exact house.
Want your own home on next year's maps?
Community maps take submissions. The Holiday Atlas has a Submit a Display form and an app,[4] the Winter Garden-Ocoee map asks readers to submit homes they find,[2] and the Live Love Run Travel author has added readers' homes to her map after they left the address in a comment.[1]
If you'd rather have a professional handle the roofline and trees, the cost guide explains how installers price a job, and the permanent vs. seasonal comparison covers year-round systems. If your neighborhood has an HOA, read the Florida HOA rules guide before you plan a big display.
Looking for ticketed or city events instead, like the Lake Eola tree lighting or Dazzling Nights at Leu Gardens? Those are on the 2026 events page.
