Frequently asked questions

Short answers. Cost and HOA answers link to sources on the guide pages.

Is this free?

Yes. Sending a request costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything. You only pay the installer if you choose to book.

Who will contact me?

Brighter Holidays Orlando (Carlos Reyes) reviews your request and passes it to one independent, local installer serving your area, who contacts you with a free quote. Your request goes to one installer only.

Do you install the lights?

No. Brighter Holidays Orlando is a referral service. Installation, pricing, insurance and warranties are between you and the installer.

How much does it cost?

General national ranges: about $250โ€“$1,500 for a basic roofline and $750โ€“$5,000 for a full package (HomeGuide, 2026). Permanent lighting is about $20โ€“$40 per foot installed. Your actual price comes from the installer's quote.

Which areas are covered?

Orlando, Bay Hill, Belle Isle, Celebration, College Park, Delaney Park, Doctor Phillips, Heathrow, Lake Eola Heights, Lake Mary, Longwood, Maitland, Oviedo, Windermere and Winter Park. If you're nearby, send a request and we'll confirm.

Can my HOA fine me for leaving lights up?

Florida Statute 720.305(7)(b) says an HOA can't fine or suspend an owner for leaving holiday lights up longer than its rules allow unless they stay up more than a week after written notice.

How do I stop texts or calls?

Reply STOP to any text, or email lakepricecheck+orlandolights@mail.grokbot.com to delete your request.
